All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
After a whirlwind tour, this place provided exactly what I needed. The check-in was smooth, and the staff made me feel right at home with their friendliness, particularly Zakaria. My room was clean and modern, and the dining experience was top-notch. The ambiance is just perfect for relaxation after a busy day.

spacious rooms, excellent water pressure, modern bathroom
The reception area feels outdated!!! Shower water splashing all over the floor makes for a slippery experience. The toilet could use more power in flushing!!!

I was appalled by the unpleasant oozing from the bathroom. We complained about it, but the staff only suggested moving us to another room, which we were not interested in since we were already settled. This should not happen in any hotel, and it ruined our experience!

We had an amazing stay with friends at this hotel! We visited the Hassan II Mosque and the Royal Palace, and both were fantastic. The hotel is super welcoming, comfortable, and clean with great amenities. The central location made it easy to explore. Highly recommend checking the lounge areas for relaxation and the garden for evening drinks!
The only downside was an awkward encounter with a guy outside the hotel door who charged a tip to the taxi drivers, which I wasn't aware of at first.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. The staff once helped me print important documents. Zack at the reception provided amazing service too. I always return for a city break!

The room was tastefully furnished, offering an exquisite bathroom and a delightful hot tub that elevated the experience. The staff exuded warmth and kindness, making it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was well-organized with a fantastic spread, including homemade pies and jams. However, one of the lifts was out of order, causing some inconvenience, and the street outside was quite busy, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

Comfortable stay with excellent service
I recently stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and ambiance of my room. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I enjoyed the dining options available nearby. One area for improvement would be offering complimentary water in the rooms.
